In DragonBall there are few universal truths but this section deals with one of the most obvious and unchallenged of them: Bulma is one sexy lady. She's got the goods and she knows how to use 'em. Unfortunately, more often than not, her charms are mocked, criticised or just plain laughed at. However, effective or not her attempted sexual manipulations assure one thing: that anyone watching will laugh. Hard. How it came about: After their first meeting Goku takes Bulma back to his hut. Inside Bulma notices his four-star DragonBall. She asks him for it several times but he refuses. Unrelenting, Bulma resorts to more drastic action.
Bulma: Oh, I get it! I know what you want!
*lifts skirt, smiling bashfully*
How about this? You can touch it if you'd like!
Goku: I don't wanna touch your dirty butt!

Episode: 3
How it came about: Master Roshi has just given Goku the Kinto Un (flying Nimbus) in return helping Turtle return to the ocean. Jumping on the gift-receiving bang wagon Bulma decides she wants something to. Roshi agrees, but there’s a catch.
Bulma: Say, nice old man! Could you give me one of those too?
Master Roshi: [to turtle] Did this girl help you as well?
Turle: No, not one bit!
Bulma: What? Who gave you the saltwater?!
Master Roshi: Unfortunately, there’s only that one Kinto Un… I can give you something else instead… but only if you show me your p-p-panties.
Bulma: *steps back, shocked and embarrassed* P-panties?!
Turle: *shocked and disgusted* P-panties?!
Hermit-sama, this is most unbecoming of you!
Master Roshi: Shut up! Hermits can long to see panties too, you know!

Episode: 4
How it came about: Oolong has just appeared in the village in order to kidnap yet another girl, little does he know his supposed ‘bride-to-be’ is Goku in disguise. Goku, needing to use the bathroom, trembles before Oolong’s demonic appearance and Oolong assumes it to be from fear. In order to calm ‘her’ nerves he transform into a handsome gentleman.
Bulma: *appears suddenly, love in her eyes*
Hello! My name's Bulma! I'm sixteen years old!
Oolong: What's your bust size?
Bulma: *opens jacket and pops chest out*
85!
Oolong: [thinking] 85! Wow! I wonder if I could do "Pafu-pafu" with them...? But sixteen years old? That makes her older than me. But still...!
Bulma: Oh, wow! You're so dreamy, Oolong-sama!
Oolong: [thinking] A "pretty baby" who's younger than me... Or a "Puri-puri girl" who's younger than me... This is a hard decision... Maybe I should take them both? That would be best.
*awakes from his contemplative state and looks around for Goku*
Goku: That feels better!

How it came about: After stopping Oolong from his perverted crime spree Bulma decides to drag the him along, albeit unwilling.
Goku: But why're we bringing Oolong along with us?
Oolong: That's what I'd like to know.
Bulma: Oolong's transformation ability is really something! I'm sure it'll come in handy during our journey!
Oolong: Count me out! Journeys are a big pain in the butt!
Bulma: It's so hot... Maybe I'll sleep only in my underwear tonight...
Oolong: I guess a trip every now and then isn't too bad!

How it came about: After having Bulma’s bag with the Dragonballs and her capsules stolen the gang appear stranded in the desert without hope. However, Yumcha decides to lend a helping hand and Bulma doesn’t waste any time before coming unto him.
Bulma: Yumucha-sama
Yumucha: *screams*
Bulma: *jumps in his car and smiles flirtaciously at him*
You came at just the right time!
*grabs Puar and throws her in the back*
You're a real life-saver! Let us ride too!
*winks*
Yumucha: [stuttering] What an unexpected meeting!
Bulma: Yamucha-sama. Could you close you eyes?
Yumucha: My eyes...?
Bulma: Yes... Both of them...
Yumucha: Don't tell me you're...
[thinking] ...going to kiss me?! What should I do?!
Bulma: Hurry up!
Yumucha: [thinking] I might die!
Bulma: [to Oolong and Puar] You too!
*takes out her Dragon Radar to see where the DragonBalls are*
[thinking] Twenty-five more kilometers to the west...
Oolong: What's taking so long?
Bulma: You can open them again!
Yumucha: You're done...? Did you ki-- I can't say it.
Bulma: Say, Yumucha-sama. Could you go west for the next 25 kilometers and go faster than this?
*leans over into him and rubs his cheek with her own*

How it came about: Oolong, Bulma and Puar are having a break and buying some snacks at the World Tournament. However, Oolong begrudges spending his cash on his ungrateful friends.
Oolong: I absolutely refuse to buy you anymore candy, okay?
Bulma: Oh, really? I was thinking that if you turned yourself into a ladder, I might give you my panties...
